We see the brand as the start of all of the other marketing initiatives for a company. The brand should direct the look and feel of all marketing simply because the brand should be reflective of the company itself.
Focusing on the brand causes there to be serious thought into who you are as an organization. After working through who your company is, then it is a matter of targeting the audience to know who your clientele will be. The brand is then a merger of these so that you can effectively encapsulate the icon of the company as well as incite curiosity about your product/service through the brand.
