Poster and recruiting campaign

Before a ski season can get underway at a ski resort, there needs to be an influx of seasonal employees that can sustain the resort throughout the season.

To help with recruitment, Wold Creative Group made posters as part of a larger campaign that all were designed to fit the image of potential employees.

With most of the potential employees being on the younger-side, we created a campaign that used fonts and styles that would inspire that younger audience to get excited about working at Powder Mountain.

The posters, along with the postcards and ads that we created for this recruiting drive, were a complete success and they plan on using us for a similar approach for this next ski season.
