New Life Covenant Church The word "blog" might not mean anything to you or you may have a certain perception of what a blog is. What we mean by the term blog is simply a back-end online application that's free to use and allows our clients to update portions of their sites themselves easily and quickly. We are a big fan of these for just about any client, if that client is willing and able to periodically post to that blog. The main reason for this is that it allows for increased communication to the general public but a hidden element of this is that your site's search rankings will greatly increase if you use this within your website. For New Life, the term "blog" did not make sense on their website so their "blog" is simply labeled "announcements". They are able to highlight on-going events, post images, post videos and mainly keep updating the site on a very regular basis. We have fed this blog into their homepage so every title of their blog entries automatically shows up under "announcements". |
